Schedule:

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM & 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM
• Friday: 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM
• Seeking someone who can do all shifts or even just the mornings.
• Additional hours may become available as the clinic grows or if promoted to manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and front desk operations
• Support the chiropractor with patient flow and clinic tasks
• Create and manage engaging content for social media
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Look for ways to improve clinic systems and patient experience

• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation
