Casual Receptionist

**Hours**: 5-15 hours per week, primarily Wednesday and Thursday. Flexibility required to cover and swap additional shifts with our lead receptionist as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and courtesy.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Process payments and manage billing transactions.
- Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms are tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who is available immediately to begin training as early as Tuesday 27/08.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.10 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
