**The Company**
Our client is a growing and prosperous organisation who take pride in contributions to New South Wales and the wider Nation. Currently there are a lot of opportunities in growing the organisation and expanding business opportunities.

They are urgently needing a Talent Acquisition Partner who has proven experience in managing project/bulk recruitment activities within the construction, infrastructure or utilities space.

This role will be contributing to a large capital works program, initially for 3 months with a strong potential to extend.

**The Job**
In this exciting Senior Talent Acquisition focused role reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Advising on recruitment and talent strategies for organisational effectiveness
- Coaching senior management and executives on standardised talent approaches and improved practices
- Building strong relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and business units
- Driving end-to-end recruitment for positive workplace culture and outcomes
- Designing interview guides, questions and relatable techniques
- Contributing to departmental-wide recruitment campaign development

**You**
To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:

- At least 2 years in a similar end to end Senior Talent Acquisition Advisory role supporting senior executive stakeholders through change
- Minimum 12 months experience working within the construction, infrastructure, utilities and/or capital works sector is a must
- Previous experience managing large bulk recruitment projects is mandatory
- Public sector experience will be advantageous
- Experience working across recruitment campaigns and building related communications assets will be beneficial
