**Your Experience and qualifications**
- Proven track record in implementing recruitment technologies and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, including data and technology proficiency, market and customer insights, sales, product and brand knowledge, financial analysis, budgeting, cost management, and reporting.
