**Role Summary**:
As a member of a Capability Realisation Team, support the Capability Manager and Capability Realisation Manager by:
Evaluating the change impacts of target end state business architectures
Aggregating change impacts and providing an end to end user perspective on benefits and realisation.
Quantifying effort and guiding the preparation of the business for change and defining the change approach for each tranche.
Reviewing change effectiveness and analysing outcomes/effect realisation.
Quantifying barriers to change and designing mitigation strategies.
Providing validation across all facets of change from initial impact analysis through to benefits realisation and effect generation.
**Responsibility**:
Conduct change impact analysis, develop integrated change plans across the suite of business capability programs and value chains.
Support Capability Realisation Mangers to quantify change impacts and support reporting.
Review effectiveness of change and realisation plans for particular Group/Service and across multiple programs.
Recommend on harmonisation of change both within Group/Service and also across the program.
Work collaboratively to resolve change adoption, timing, fatigue and adaption issues.
Implement shared approaches to addressing change and capability realisation matters.
