**_An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to join Parole Board Queensland's Secretariat Business Services Team.

This role is dynamic and varied and will give you the opportunity to work across a range of administrative, financial and human resources management and other critical services to the Board and its Secretariat, and your day-to-day you could include;
Advise the Executive and Management teams on risk identification, mitigation, and best practices in line with legislative, procedural, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks.
Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and enhance governance arrangements, ensuring compliance with statutory and procedural requirements.
Oversee the preparation and quality of reports, briefings, cabinet submissions, and other communications.
Manage financial, facilities, asset, and human resource data for the Board and Secretariat.
Stay informed about contemporary issues affecting the Parole Board Queensland, ensuring that risks related to the Secretariat and Board functions are identified and managed through effective communication with key stakeholders.

Strong analytical abilities to create innovative risk management strategies and resolve challenges effectively.
Proven track record of influencing and communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support agency goals and foster productive relationships.
Strategic planner with the ability to address issues, guide decision-making, and drive business improvement initiatives.
Advanced management skills, including expertise in project, human resource, and financial management to ensure efficient coordination, resource utilization, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
Skilled in using Queensland Corrective Services data systems and experienced in preparing performance reports.
