**Your Role**:
As an **Account Manager**, you will:
- **Lead client relationships** by understanding their business goals, managing expectations, and providing expert advice to drive success.
- **Drive business development** by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and support new client onboarding.
- Oversee **end-to-end project management**, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
- **Collaborate** closely with internal teams, offering clear briefs, managing progress, and ensuring seamless workflows.
- Maintain **financial oversight**, ensuring profitability and accurate tracking of project budgets.
- Anticipate and resolve **issues** before they impact delivery, maintaining a smooth and positive client experience.
- **Use data-driven insights** to optimize strategies, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **3+ years of account management** experience, with a proven track record in managing and growing client relationships within a marketing or creative agency.
- Excellent **communication** and **presentation** abilities to inspire and influence both clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage **budgets** and ensure profitability across accounts.
- A **creative** and **strategic** mindset, passionate about delivering exceptional marketing solutions.
