As an Internal Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, account managing a portfolio of a wide variety of business clients. With your passion for building relationships and previous customer service experience, along with supportive, ongoing training, you will be able to provide outstanding support to customers and thrive in this fast paced, collaborative environment. This is a full time, permanent position, located in stunning, state of the art modern offices based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience - take your current retail/service experience to that next level working in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment where being agile is key
- Ability to multi-task and utilise multiple systems
- Adaptability, resilience and strong problem solving skills
