**About Our Client**:
This client is a stand out in Industrial Solution spaces and with over 30yrs experience they are seeking to appoint their new Team Administrator.
This team is industry-leading and only provides the best service and experience to their clients and want you to be a part of driving their continuous success
- Completing administration functions to support the transactions manager
- Preparing and processing leases and contracts
- Coordinating marketing material and meetings with agents
- Completing database management; ensuring the CRM is always up to date
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end-to
- end experience
- Managing pre-settlement duties followed by organising all property settlement gifts
- General administration as required
**The Successful Applicant**:
- High-level of computer skills - Salesforce experience highly desirable
- High level or accuracy, strong attention to detail, and highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience within the Property sector advantageous or a strong passion to learn this space
**What's on Offer**:
This role is located in Port Melbourne with plenty of parking on site. Salary guide is $65,000 + super - $75,000 + super - relative to experience level.
