This is a unique opportunity to make the role your own by improving systems, establishing robust governance frameworks, and creating meaningful connections across the organisation. Supported by an experienced manager, you'll have the guidance you need to excel and deliver results.

**Your responsibilities include**:
In this newly established role, each day will bring a variety of tasks and problem-solving. Your key accountabilities include:

- Overseeing payroll governance by ensuring compliance with access controls, approval pathways, and legislative requirements.
- Managing and maintaining payroll systems and processes, including delivering timely and accurate payments and reporting.
- Providing expert insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Offering high-quality advice and resolving complex payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring payroll services are efficient and fit for purpose.

**About you**:
You are an experienced payroll professional with expertise in governance, data, and reporting, ideally with knowledge of the VPS Agreement and Chris21. Analytical and detail-oriented, you translate complex information into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
