Your key accountabilities include: - Overseeing payroll governance by ensuring compliance with access controls, approval pathways, and legislative requirements. - Managing and maintaining payroll systems and processes, including delivering timely and accurate payments and reporting. - Providing expert insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making. - Offering high-quality advice and resolving complex payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. - Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring payroll services are efficient and fit for purpose. **About you**: You are an experienced payroll professional with expertise in governance, data, and reporting, ideally with knowledge of the VPS Agreement and Chris21. Analytical and detail-oriented, you translate complex information into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
