We currently have an excellent Internal Customer Support opportunity at our team based in Noble Park.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage all inbound / outbound phone calls, customer service and administration activities within Australia. The position entails
- Promoting and selling all TES Products to current and future clients
- To provide technical advice and information to TES customers
- Working closely with the Branch and Product Managers in developing strategies to professionally promote TES products

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in a Customer Service / Sales role
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry
- Strong team working skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills
