**About the role**

Liebherr Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join our growing Inventory Optimisation Team. Reporting to the Inventory Systems Supervisor, the role is responsible for overseeing domestic distribution activities (from Adelaide to WA, QLD, and NSW), monitoring Re-Order Points and Safety Stock Levels, and conducting limited analysis on Inventory Levels with assistance from the Inventory Systems Analyst.

This role is office-based, working with the broader Supply Chain team based in Adelaide.

**Duties**:

- Reviewing and approving domestic replenishment signals, which drive our large national logistics network
- Monthly monitoring of key metrics: re-order points in regional warehouses, safety stock levels
- Forecast validation and review (with assistance from the Inventory Systems Analyst)
- Implementation of Safety Stock holdings
- Responding to inbound enquiries from other teams within Liebherr

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a supply chain preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and being comfortable with numbers
- Proficient in Excel
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders
