**About the role**:
AGA is seeking for Full time Junior Customer Experience Trainee to join for an immediate start located in Preston. In this role, you will be trained and work in main reception area, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role acts as a concierge, engaging with customers to ensure a positive first impression while educating the community on the benefits of disability employment through direct promotion and business development.

Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 Months. **The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Greet customers as they arrive on site and provide a warm, professional and polished first impression.
- Listen proactively, build rapport and adopt a communication style that puts the customer at ease.
- Proactively guide customers through their prospective employment journey.
- Able to manage queries via online, phone and mail.
- Proactively seek ways to further enhance customer experience and engage customers within the wider community in disability stream.

**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian citizen/and or Permanent Resident
- Commit to Full Time 12 Month traineeship
- Drivers licence and own car is preferred.
- Police check is required for this role
- Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training (Paid for by AGA)
- Up to date with Covid-19 vaccinations
