We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our growing team at Expert IT & Telco. This is the perfect role for someone ready to take their first step in the IT & telecommunications industry.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing sales handovers from start to finish
  • Reviewing paperwork and creating accurate job notes
  • Answering phone calls
  • Submitting and tracking orders
  • Updating customers at each step of the process
  • Booking and coordinating SIP porting and installations
  • Handling overflow calls and transferring/admin logging
  • Assigning and submitting mobile SIM cards for clients
  • Scheduling IT installations with customer and service team approvals
What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication skills – confident on phone and email
  • Attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • No prior industry experience required – training provided
