We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Digital Archives team in this exciting and rewarding role.
This role works in collaboration with the departmental project team, external suppliers, public authorities and QSA to achieve the successful implementation of the digital archive.

In this role you will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team at QSA and will oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of digital preservation and storage capability at QSA.

**In this role you will**:

- lead the Digital Archive team and manage the work program with a focus on strategic and operational planning; resource allocation; monitoring key deliverables and performance and staff development
- oversee the maintenance, development, testing and review of the Digital Preservation System and Archival Management System including managing enhancements and defects
- build and maintain relationships with the departmental project team and the Digital Archiving as a Service supplier and provide input into management of the contract
- oversee knowledge transfer and training and change management activities both internally and externally
- coordinate, monitor and accurately report on progress of the Digital Archives program
- foster close relationships with key stakeholders to promote uptake of the Digital Preservation System and QSA's digital archiving capability.
