**The Role**
As part of a small sub-team, you will work closely with the Assistant Director to deliver high quality system support for the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. You will log, troubleshoot and escalate system issues and as well as deliver advice about the system and program policies. You will also be required, at times, to document system functionality, create knowledge base articles and/or develop instructional documentation, and deliver system training.

**The Opportunity**
This position is available to Ongoing APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of 12 months.
