Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Financial Systems Officer** to provide systems administration support for the key financial management system - TechOne

**About the Branch**:
The Corporate Branch is responsible for delivering enabling services that support the effective and efficient operation of the agency and facilitates the agency’s compliance with legislation, policies and guidelines as a non-corporate Commonwealth entity. They support efficient resource management and corporate accountability through functions such as financial management, performance reporting, parliamentary services, procurement, facilities management and human resource management.

**About the Section**:
The section partners with the business to manage internal and external budgetary requirements, deliver flexible, agile and relevant financial information and advice to stakeholders, and provides products and services including budget management, external budgeting, financial statements, external reporting, monthly reporting, accounts processing, treasury and procurement advice.

**About the role**:

- Providing systems administration support for the key financial management system - TechOne. This involves a TechOne helpdesk function to assist business areas and attend to escalated requests, identifying and resolving issues arising with the use of the system and integration with other systems
- Providing advice, assistance and training to staff in the use of the TechOne system and, particularly, in relation to procurement, contract management, travel and timesheets. This includes the preparation of learning and support materials to explain processes to users
- Providing assistance in developing enhancements for the TechOne system, including but not limited to, developing, testing and communicating new reports, dashboards and forms
- Complete end of month ledger rolls
- Extracting information from Technology One Financials (such as contract expenditure) and preparing basic reports in response to requests for information or to support the preparation of corporate or compliance reports
- Providing administrative support and co-ordination for the Finance area

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Prior experience in finance system administration support
- Prior TechOne / CiAnywhere finance system experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Systems, Finance, Commerce/Business or equivalent academic specialisation
- Skills regarding customer service, excellent communication abilities, stakeholder relationship and interpersonal skills
