Our Client is growing and are on the hunt for a Reservations Coordinator to join the team

We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working hand in hand with our Sales, Business Development and Marketing team, the Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for the management of bookings and enquiries across our 4 venues.

This role will be working from Tuesday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inbox management of each venue;
- Responding to guest enquiries from restaurant table bookings to interest in large scale events and liaising with our Events Planner;
- Engaging and building relationships with our regulars and VIP’s to ensure that they are accommodated for to the bets of our abilities;
- Managing the venue booking systems, forward thinking on the most efficient utilization of the system to meet business objectives;
- Monitoring guests notes on special occasions, dietary restrictions or any further requirements;
- Communicating across departments regarding upcoming reservations and event needs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have experience working within a reservations role in a restaurant office environment
- Experience using OpenTable, Seven rooms, Quando or a similar platform;
- Great interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective professional relationships with clients, guests, and co-workers
- Friendly and professional phone manner and the ability to recall information quickly for clients and enquiries;
- You take pride in your attention to detail and are passionate about providing the best guest experience possible.
