**As a Service Officer, you will work in a collaborative team environment to deliver excellent client service through various mediums including telephone, face-to-face, in writing and online. You will adopt a client-centric approach when supporting our clients to receive their correct entitlements and meet their obligations.

Your typical day as a Service Officer may include:

- Assessing client eligibility for exemptions
- Reviewing legislation and documenting decisions

To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate:

- a working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.
