**Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Patient Relations**:

- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and appointment processes to optimize patient flow.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of patient care.

**Technology Integration**:

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**:

- Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support their needs and streamline clinical processes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among the medical team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 32 per week
