**About the Role**
As the Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the clinic. You will be responsible for managing staff, supporting our doctors and nurses, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all daily operations of the centre
- Manage and support reception, nursing and administrative teams to ensure professional and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and reporting
- Manage rosters, payroll approvals, staff training and performance.
- Procure office supplies, medical consumables, and equipment and coordinate IT support.
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance requests
- Primary contact for external suppliers and service providers
- Manage accounts, appointment systems, patient records, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support implementation of any new systems or software updates.
- Liaise with doctors, allied health, and external partners to confirm adequate space and staff allocations, and flow coordination.
- Continuously maintain compliance with accreditation, workplace safety and industry standards
- Address any feedback and complaints with professionalism
- Implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency
**About You**
You are an organised, proactive, and people-focused leader who thrives in a busy environment. You enjoy building positive team culture and are confident managing both staff and operational challenges.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience in office management or senior administration within a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of office systems and scheduling tools, including Medicare, and medical software systems (e.g., MD, PS, Cubiko, HotDoc)
- Understanding of clinical compliance and accreditation requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
**Desirable**:
- Qualification in business or office administration
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-provider environment
- Experience in a multi-doctor clinic environment
- Mandarin language skills (many of our staff and patients are native speakers)
