Job Description

Global Impact: Work with an industry leader driving digital transformation across multiple countries.

Your Role at a Glance

As the Manager, Automation & Continuous Improvement, you will:

- Develop & Execute Strategy: Define and implement the automation and data analytics (DA) strategy across APAC.
- Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of Senior RPA Developers.
- Drive Process Efficiency: Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions to optimize finance processes.
- Ensure Best Practices & Quality: Act as the design authority, overseeing governance, security, and QA for automation projects.
- Collaborate with Global & Regional Teams: Partner with IT, Finance, and Business teams to align automation with strategic goals.
- Advance Digital Transformation: Introduce AI, machine learning, and workflow automation tools to improve business decision-making.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

✔ Technical Expertise:

- Strong experience with Blue Prism (accredited).
- Knowledge of RPA, AI, Machine Learning, SQL/NoSQL databases, SAP ERP.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and automation architecture.

✔ Leadership & Strategy:

- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
- Ability to develop, document, and drive an automation operating model.

✔ Problem-Solving & Process Optimization:

- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and process improvement methodologies.

✔ Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Ability to translate technical insights into business solutions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
