**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that build core capability, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll lead a small team, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and shape onboarding and compliance training across the organisation.

**In this Role**
- Lead the development and execution of our enterprise learning strategy
- Design and deliver blended learning programs aligned to business priorities
- Manage and optimise our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging
- Oversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring legal and internal standards are met
- Design structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance
- Use data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to co-design impactful learning solutions
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals

**You’re Likely a Match If You Have**
- Proven experience in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional design
- Strong background in compliance, and capability development
- Proficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Articulate) and AI-enhanced learning tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A track record of leading high-performing teams
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- A flexible, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- A relevant degree in HR, Business, or Education (highly desirable)
