**Position**

Due to internal growth, the position of Customer Service Representative is now available.

In this role, you will carry out the below:

- First point of contact for the branch via incoming calls & trade counter
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Support the Account Managers and management team
- Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes
- General branch support/admin/ad-hoc duties
- Meet or exceed targets and KPI's

- Experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales position ideally from a locksmithing/hardware/trade wholesale background
- Have a genuine interest towards technology/electronics desirable
- Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
