We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Customer Service Representative to support the team during the busy lead-up to the Christmas period This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Your Role:

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and website inquiries
- Manage the sales inbox and triage emails to the appropriate teams
- Process customer orders and communicate effectively with the warehouse
- Track website orders, perform accurate data entry, and generate reports using MS Office
- Coordinate freight and support the sales team with administration tasks
- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

About You:

- Experienced in customer service or sales administration with excellent communication skills
- Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Tech-savvy with intermediate Excel skills; experience with Hubspot, Cin7, and Shopify is highly desirable
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment

Prior experience with HubSpot will be highly advantageous for this role.
