The Strategy & Corporate Affairs (S&CA) Domain will be accountable for protecting and promoting the Fund’s reputation and for setting and pursuing strategies to transform the Fund and the system in which we operate.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, the purpose of this role is to:

- Lead the end-to-end development of functional level strategies and key strategic initiatives, from hypothesis generation to executive engagement.
- Frame and solve complex strategic problems across the enterprise of key business areas.
- Develop high-quality deliverables including Board and Executive papers, strategic reviews, and investment cases.
- Support annual and long-term business planning processes as required to achieve the Fund’s long-term strategic objectives.Be the trusted advisor to key business units and senior stakeholders.

**What you’ll need**
- 6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting in services industry, or an in-house strategy role. Financial services experience preferable.
- Strategy development experience.
- An ownership mindset, driving outcomes with limited direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished executive presence.
- Ability to shift between big-picture and detail with ease.
- Comfort in challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguous problems.
- Curiosity, pragmatism and an ability to get traction quickly in complex organisations.
- Superior analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills.A tertiary qualification, preferably in commerce, business or finance.
