Strategy Implementation Lead

**The opportunity
The Strategy Implementation Lead will lead a coordinated approach to change management activities across Healthcare Management (HCM) and Health Insurance business groups. Key to your success will be your ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure there is a shared understanding and commitment to HCM goals and strategy.

**This position is being offered on a 12-month fixed contract and is being offered on a hybrid working model based from our Melbourne or Sydney offices when you are not working from home.**

**How will I help?**
- Development and execution of the HCM change program, including but not limited to, communication plans, training and project delivery activities to support Initiative Owners, Project Managers and the Healthcare Communications Manager in the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.
- To develop and deliver accurate, clear and timely communications to ensure all HCM team members and stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
- Coach and support people leaders and senior executives through the change program to ensure the sustainability of any implemented programs and deliver against HCM’s strategic intent.
- Directly support team leaders to help teams through transitions.
- Identify and prepare risk mitigation plans to manage anticipated issues, specific to the change program in line with the HCM strategy. Define and measure metrics for success.

**What do I need?
- Qualifications in psychology or similar preferred with extensive experience in organisational transformation and change
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement; creating an environment that ensures people are engaged, motivated, informed, and on-board with the organisation’s direction, goals, and activities
- Strong project management skills, with working experience in agile delivery, planning and co-ordinating change activities for multiple agile squads
- A courageous mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills that enable an individual to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture and influence the direction of the outcome
- Experience in leading the planning and facilitation of presentations and workshops with stakeholders, while developing and distributing communications that are succinct, clear, and accurate to different types of stakeholders of different levels
- Strategic approach to clearly articulate, simplify and communicate complex issues, concepts, and data to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
