**Chandler Macleod is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Chullora for a full time temporary role, starting ASAP until the end of August for leave coverage with potential extension.**

**Days & Hours**: 8 hour days, Monday - Friday (some flexibility with start times i.e. 7.30am - 8.30am starts ok)

Duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Initiates and co-ordinates administrative and operational methods and procedures as required
- High volume data entry
- Payroll processing, Revenue processing and invoicing, Utilisation, Raising purchase orders
- General admin support in all areas

To be suitable for this role you will have:

- Proven experience as an office administrator
- Ability to grasp complex administrative principles
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in Coupa, JDE or Kronos software would be advantageous
- Good time management and organisational skills
