Project Administrator

Tecside are looking for an experienced **Project Administrator** for our client, a supplier of large-scale conveyor projects to the mining industry. This is a permanent full-time position in Unanderra starting ASAP Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.

**Duties include**:

- Raising purchase orders
- Obtaining quotes
- Receipting of goods
- Timesheet processing and payroll data entry
- Invoicing of projects
- Assisting with Projects despatch documentation
- Compiling the Executive Monthly Business Review
- Tracking project procurement for “Job Readiness”
- Data entry
- General office administration, including but not limited to; assistance with filing, scanning, archiving, bundy cards and managing client visit requirements

- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work cooperatively within a team environment
- Reliable and hard working
- At least 12 months experience in a similar administration role

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
