Established in 1985, we manufacture and market high powered bulk materials handling conveyor systems and components as well as provide on-site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations.

**Our Opportunity**

NEPEAN Conveyors have an amazing opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our team. This position is a full-time opportunity based in Unanderra, NSW.

This opportunity is to assist the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Service Manager to manage key client projects. The Project Administrator will be assigned key activities by the Projects team during the delivery of the project to ensure all project deliverables are met.
- Raising purchase orders required
- Redmap processing
- Entering drawing packs in NEPEAN database for procurement.
- Obtaining quotes
- Receipting of goods - approving invoices, confirmation of delivery, etc.
- Timesheet processing, entry, leave forms, Payroll - Weekly (Wednesday)
- Invoicing jobs
- Compiling the Executive Monthly Business Review
- Assisting with Projects dispatch documentation

**The Right Person**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ administration experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office suits, Pronto, MS Project, Vault.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail.
- Rights to work in Australia.
