**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Workshops Manager, the Workshop Administrator (Pre-delivery) is responsible for supporting and planning PDI Centre activities. You will coordinate customer requirements/service needs and TMHA internal resources to ensure effective workshop operation, while maintainnig a high level of service.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create and co-ordinate the Pre-Delivery schedule on a monthly basis
- Attend Pre-Delivery weekly meetings
- Maintain the Pre-Delivery forecast with the Workshop Manager/Supervisor
- Produce and manage pre delivery orders, sublets and the receipting and confirm invoices for the department
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate parts and services
- Assist with the coordination of daily workflow of our PD Technicians

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualified in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience working within the industrial service secor highly desirable
- Previous experince in a workshop environment
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent vrbal and written communication skills
