Boeing Australia currently seeking a hands-on **HR Systems & Operations Coordinator for our HR Operations team **for a 1-year maternity leave contract. Based in Port Melbourne with onsite parking, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with or continue your career with a multi-national company.

As a **HR Systems & Operations Coordinator, **you will work in partnership with the business to provide advice and front-line support, whilst working as part of a collaborative team on-site. You will be an owner of processes and systems, as well as general HR managing frontline queries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the HRIS data entry and integrity including Workday, Peoplesoft
- Run General HR processes, updating standard work for continuous improvement, productivity, and legal changes.
- Frontline HR Generalist advice, case management, documentation creation, and processes
- Facilitating ongoing engagement with COEs and Wider HR group
- Root cause and trend analysis on HR data to identify solutions for service delivery challenges
- Administer Company projects, reviewing data and information to ensure accuracy of employee payments. Working with Stakeholders to deliver on HR lifecycle projects.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure data integrity, auditing and reviewing both HR and Payroll systems
- Own and administer HR data and record management. Ensuring accuracy to processes, Audits, Quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Educating Stakeholders on HR policy and process and procedures. Providing excellent customer service to Managers and employees for all HR lifecycle events.
- Managing invoicing and supplier management for HR Operations.

**About you**
- HR, Business, or related qualification at a degree level preferred but not essential
- 3-7 years of relevant business experience.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- An innovative HR practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in developing relationships at various levels within a business.
- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and structure tasks and information. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Workday & Peoplesoft.
- Subject-matter expert knowledge in general HR policies and practices.
