In this critical role, you’ll safeguard the accuracy and integrity of our SuccessFactors platform — making sure the right data powers the right decisions, every time. You’ll partner across HR, Digital, Payroll and Finance to future-proof our systems, drive continuous improvement and create a seamless experience for users and stakeholders alike.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the accuracy, integrity and compliance of HR Master Data within SuccessFactors
- Implement and lead data governance practices to ensure ongoing data quality and usability
- Provide functional support for SuccessFactors, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system hygiene
- Collaborate with Digital, HR, Payroll, Talent and other teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure smooth rollout of system upgrades, updates and new features
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation and support resources to drive system adoption and capability

- Agile, collaborative and driven to continuously improve systems and processes
- Excellent communicator—able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Passionate about connecting HR, data and technology to drive better business outcomes
- Experienced working in large, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
