**The Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and deliver accurate reporting, analysis and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Translation of data into recommendations that are able to be communicate clearly and effectively to key stakeholders and the wider business;
- Review business reporting requirements to enhance reporting to ensure they continue to support the changing people objectives;
- Continuous awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support;
- Examine trends in the information systems training, materials, and techniques.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proactive and collaborative approach to working, with strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders;
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation software and/or SAP is highly desirable;
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills;
- Strong problem solving skills, especially through the use of data - highly desirable;
- Passion of HR Systems, reporting and analytics
