**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- This role is a recognised site safety leader, as part of the DC leadership team which includes, ensuring site safety practices are upheld to expected standards at all times
- Ensures DC compliance with product services standards
- Directly contributes to the DC overall inventory performance measures, including Compliance, Accuracy and Efficiency
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the DC inventory position
- Supports DC efficiency through effective slotting management practices
- Manages allocated resourcing (DC Team Members, Team Leaders, agency labour), in executing programs of work or daily activities

**About You**:

- This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Inventory Management (SKU ranges 30,000+)
- Experience leading change programs or process standardisation
- Strong analytical reporting, preferably with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skill
- Ability to lead teams, preferably with both direct and indirect leadership experience
- Experience leading and actively contributing to continuous improvement programs and/or lean efficiency methodologies
- Experience with advanced use and reporting of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably with experience in Koerber
- Experience designing/delivering detailed reporting and insights
- Ability to communicate with influence across broad stakeholder groups
- Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or general Business Management, and Lean Six Sigma Certificate desirable
