Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Brendale office. This position plays a key role in supporting AATM's overall operations by providing ongoing assistance to both the Warehouse and Traffic Management Team. This is a hands-on role that reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure fleet and warehouse preparedness to facilitate operational requirements
• Maintain accurate Fleet and Warehouse records
• Maintain traffic control vehicles including coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, warranty, and insurance claims
• Audit and restock of vehicles (involves lifting of road signage to 15kg)
• Upkeep and fit out of new and used vehicles
• Perform basic vehicle mechanical repairs
• Transport vehicles across service delivery area
• Facilitate inductions and issue of vehicles, PPE and equipment
• Reconcile invoices against goods received
• Maintain registers
• Provide on call support
• Traffic Control and Traffic Management Implementation duties as required
• Other duties as required

Required

• Experience with MS Office
• A friendly and collaborative working style is essential
• Manual drivers licence (MR or higher)
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Forklift ticket
• QLD Traffic Control and Traffic Management Implementation tickets (training available)

Desirable

• Certificate III in Logistics (or equivalent)
• Welding experience
• Traffic Control Experience
