**About the role**:
The core purpose of our Administration Assistant is to support Detector Inspector's operations, by maintaining office systems, completing administrative duties and proactively responding to property problems and concerns to ensure tenant safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining and building relationships with our clients through proactive communication
- Coordinating, booking, and scheduling jobs in a logístical and timely manner
- Liaising with our clients in the real estate industry and providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with suppliers, supplementary trades, and our field staff to coordinate repairs and installations

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Have an intrinsic desire to deliver excellence, you love solving problems and making things happen
- Ability to multi-task in a busy and fast paced work environment
