Melbourne, Victoria, Australia National Workforce Keysborough Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

National Workforce is working with an award-winning pool builder to identify a motivated Junior Trade Assistant to join an expanding construction team.

This is an entry level role, full training will be provided.

Gain hands-on experience in the pool construction industry, with comprehensive training and clear pathways for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with site preparation, including set outs and clean-ups
  • Support formwork and steel fixing tasks
  • Aid in pool plumbing installations
  • Perform general labouring duties
  • Operate power tools safely and effectively
  • Conduct acid washing and assist in pool commissioning

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in small teams
  • Experience on construction sites is advantageous
  • Must possess a valid White Card
  • Current Australian driver's licence required
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Preferably residing in the Mornington Peninsula or South Eastern Suburbs
