**The role**

Working within the Industrial Refrigeration business you will be responsible for coordination & control of all documentation and administration
- Overall project Co-ordination including customer liaison for delivery schedules, equipment shipping co-ordination.
- Create key project documents and enter these into management system, including, customer creation, supplier creation accounts, Purchase orders, new project inceptions, management reports
- Responding to customer enquiry status update, shipping information, account details etc
- End to End process for ordering, delivery, and invoicing
- Project Co-ordination activities: Order Delivery, Customer Liaison for delivery
- Shipping and scheduling - Co-ordinate all shipping for parts, equipment and projects, request quotes, and manage deliveries etc.
- Working with internal stakeholders to execute accurate and high-quality quotes and proposals to secure individual projects

**What we look for**:

- Strong technical knowledge in projects and document control. Project Co-Ordination and delivery experience, hands on experience in Admin and Technical qualifications.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with C-Level executives.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
