PERMANENT POSITION - 5 Days per week - Hours and days are flexible. This position will be split working from home and coming into the office.

This is a new position within our company, so we are looking for someone with previous experience in this role that can come in and assist with building the business and customizing the role to suit their skills & developing the position further. We want someone creative and that is looking to push conventional advertising and do some fun projects.

**Objectives and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow the brand through creative content creation
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Responsible for creating new social media strategies to connect with our customers and drive engagement
- Knowledge to monitor metrics and review successful campaigns
- Knowledge of Influencer marketing
- Work closely with our sales & marketing team and graphic design team to successfully create campaigns and collaborate to raise awareness of new releases, events & sales
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Multitasking and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar Ecommerce system an advantage
- Good computer literacy / touch typing
- Clear communication skills with a friendly demeanor
