Our company is seeking a part time **Micropay Payroll Officer** to join our HR team of 3 based in Clayton South. The role is 2 days per week with Wednesdays a must Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will run a weekly payroll of around 50, a fortnightly run of 60 and a monthly cycle of around 50 using MicrOpay. You will assist in monthly and quarterly HR/ payroll reporting and monthly reconciliations for payroll tax and superannuation.

Some of your tasks will include:

- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll process including reporting.
- Respond to internal and external payroll related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Maintain Sage ESS portal and set up new employees, make required changes as required
- HR support as required

- Passion, understanding and 3 + years experience in Micropay and Payroll methodologies
- Ability to handle data confidentially

- Proficient in Excel & Word
