**The Role Recipe**
- This role is 3 days per week, $86,000 Pro Rata
- Process payroll as required and maintain accurate employee data.
- Support audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and supporting the Payroll Lead in BAU and project work.
- Provide administrative support to the P&C team, responding to payroll queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in payroll and P&C processes.

**Key Ingredients**
- 2+ years in a payroll support or administrative role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Micropay or similar) and a commitment to best practice.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
