- $32.69/hour + super
- Hours rostered: 11am-8pm (12pm-9pm during daylight savings time)
- Temporary, Full-Time
- Hybrid training 2-4 weeks, then office 2-3 days per week.

Your new role

Purpose: assist this Big 4 in becoming the fastest and safest mover of funds both domestically and globally. This role ensures this Bank’s customers spanning across all sectors are provided with quality, reliable and efficient payment experience.

Role is responsible for the successful processing of Inward and Outward Domestic, Real-time Gross Settlement (RTGS), cross-border and clearing services Payments that fall into an exception handling que. Which is attained by:

- Payment Specialists require a Growth and Service-based mindset in order to deliver great customer outcomes while also maintaining risk discipline.
- Processing payments efficiently and analysing fraud possibilities
- Performing required processing as per internal policies and company's regulatory obligations

What you will need to succeed
- Previous banking or financial industry exposure or qualification obtained is highly desirable
- Understanding of business credit & lending processes and policies
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously & under pressure
- Strong concern for quality and standards
- Good technical skills
