We are currently recruiting ECT OR Diploma Qualified Educator to work as a Room Leader at an amazing Early learning Centre in Epping. This centre has been carefully designed to support the learning & development journey of each child. The outdoor environment has beautiful natural spaces for children to explore and play. Children enjoy sand play, mud play, riverbeds, sensory gardens, gardening, and exploration around every corner. Their indoor environments are beautifully curated with natural, age-appropriate resources, quiet spaces, books, and furnishings.

**Your new role**

As a Room Leader in the nursery room, you will mentor and guide educators under your wings to take a holistic approach to teaching and learning encompassing age appropriate and tailored methodologies which caters for each baby’s unique individuality and development. The programs are underpinned by the renowned RIE approach that ensures every child is respected and able to pursue their own interests.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor (Early childhood education) OR Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs for young children designed for early childhood education and care.
- Proven experience to build positive relationships with early childhood professionals, families & children.
- Have a passion for the RIE approach.
- Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy.
- Be open to their unique way for programming and practice.
