Project Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and analyze data provided, evaluate options, and develop sound solutions consistent with strategic directions.
- Assist with other Project administrative requirements as requested, including Governance activities such as functioning as Secretariat for key Governance Meetings.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including business case documents and status reports within a PRINCE2 environment, providing a quality assurance role over project artifacts.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, customers, and stakeholders (both internal and external), facilitating and managing Business Case requirements through professional coordination of multiple stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project administration, preferably in a PRINCE2 environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze data, and develop sound solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
