**About the role**
- Manage stage release rollout on projects.
- Monitor media channel effectiveness and support Marketing Manager in ongoing review and maintenance of campaign activity.
- Work with Marketing Manager and sales team to maintain project. marketing collateral, project presentation and customer touchpoints.
- Work with project builders to deliver pipeline of house & land packages for residential projects.
- Maintain optimum working relationships with external marketing consultants and service providers.
- Co-ordinate project media releases and project settlement gifts/events.
- Assist with measuring marketing ROI for projects.
- Co-ordinate project settlement gifts and events.
- Review and maintain project website content, project lead capture pages, and REA listings to ensure accuracy of content and optimisation of lead conversion rates.
- Design and execute project EDM’s and SMS in Marketo, segment and dispatch to respective databases.
- Support Marketing Manager in managing marketing expenditure in line with project marketing budgets.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- A Marketing or Communications Degree
- Experience in the Property/Real Estate industry
- Experience with Marketo (desirable but not required)
- Experience with social media strategies, website management and platform updates
- Drivers Licence (occasionally drive to project sites)
