**About our client**
Established in 1824, the Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) is Australia’s largest integrated cattle and beef producer and is the oldest continuously operating company in Australia. Specialising in grain fed beef and Wagyu beef production, AACo owns and operates a strategic balance of properties, feedlots and farms comprising around 6.4 million hectares of land in Queensland and the Northern Territory. This equates to roughly 1% of Australia’s land mass.

**About the role**
This is an exciting time for AACo as they continue to produce and export premium Australian Wagyu across the globe. Due to their continued success, they have created a position as Project Communication Coordinator to join the team in a newly created role. Reporting to the Project Manager within the Corporate Services team, as the Project Communication Coordinator, you will manage a range of organisational projects by co-ordinating key activities and planning tasks for AACo. This is an exciting and versatile role, requiring a high level of organisational skills, excellent time management and attention to detail.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Deliver on the company’s internal communications strategy, as directed by the Project Manager, with a focus on the company’s branded beef strategy and project progress.
- Write, prepare, review, and edit communications material including articles, intranet content, newsletters, presentations, Q&As, key messages and other collateral.
- Create content that is multi-faceted, continuous, and responsive, recognises the diversity of staff and is integrated into the rest of the business.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the relevant project life cycle.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to collaborate with and educate different business units to successfully communicate their projects, plans and outcomes to the organisation.
- Play a key role in boosting employee engagement in collaboration with other business units
- Co-ordinate, analyse and report on effectiveness of communication strategies and provide recommendations.
- Complete necessary business strategy documents or change management models as directed by management.

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications or related field.
- 2-3 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take instruction and work with a team.
- Previous experience coordinating and managing projects and events desired.
- An aptitude for basic graphic design and layout work for web, video, newsletters and other visual media desired.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to multitask, work autonomously and prioritise effectively amid competing demands on your time.
- Being able to execute your role with an innovative mindset and reach beyond the status quo.
