**The role**
As a Receptionist/Operations Coordinator, your duties will include greeting clients, preparing conference rooms for meetings, coordinating video conference bookings, kitchen duties, ordering kitchen supplies, answering a switchboard, organising travel and accommodation, organising couriers, organising meetings, back up secretarial support, mail duties, preparation of accounts payable invoices, organising stationary and general administration duties.
**You**
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years Receptionist/Administration Assistant experience within a law firm environment. A minimum of 50 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.
**The Law Firm / Salary**
International law firm in the Brisbane CBD. Have high end quality clients, corporate offices. 25 staff in total. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $80,000 including super). Immediate start.
