A temporary assignment, with an immediate start, has become available within a Government Department for an experienced AO2 Administration Officer, located in Brisbane CBD. Support is required asap for approximately 1 month initially (possible extension) and we require availability to work 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
**Duties for this role include**:
- Data entry
- Daily Filing/recordkeeping/archiving
- Collection and delivery of documents
- Mail processing - collection, sorting, stamping, distributing and recording of mail
- Matching and logging information in systems
- Retrieving relevant files for over 30 days assessment by Senior Business Services Officer
- Scanning of photos and documents for upload to the licensing database
- Other administrative duties as required
**To be considered, you will ideally demonstrate the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in an aligned administrative role
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Sound keyboarding skills
- A team player approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Well developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise your work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
- Availability to commence asap
- A reasonable level of physical fitness is required for this role
