- Our client, an established global Corporate Bank is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to manage the front desk reception duties as well as to support the Administration team of the Sydney branch.**Responsibilities (Reception & Administration)**:
- General front desk duties - answering and diverting incoming calls, meeting and greeting of arriving visitors or clients.
- Clerical duties - filing, photocopying and general record management.
- Diary management and meeting rooms calendar management.
- Travel booking arrangements for all staff.
- Company catering management and organise event bookings.
- Mail collection and distribution
- Office stationery management for Sydney branch.
- Appointments and meetings scheduling for Executives / Senior Management team.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of similar experience in a similar role as Company Receptionist.
